The Beattie Law Firm, along with co-counsel from New York, recently settled a $2.4 Million claim on behalf of its clients.  The case stems from a 2005 propane gas explosion, which caused injuries to the clients.  The clients, who were not originally from the United States, all returned home to their native countries following recovery from their injuries.  The case involved numerous appeals to the appellate courts and, as always, a hard fought defense asserted by defense counsel.
